implementing RGBString for #pyronome RGBColor member element type

@nickmdiego I’m using the useSetting hook to get the colors and then spreading them into the WP ColorPalette component which was far more trivial than I thought it would be. It has the color name as part of that obj, just returning an rgbString

@nickmdiego Thanks Nick, it uses Colord to convert any colour to a rgbString, including registered colors in theme.json, which was a deliberate choice as I don’t personally like the current output with the potential long classes + custom colors don’t work with that but open to ideas? 😊
