Forgive me for being dumb if this has been discussed before but rbtl states the mid sodor had slate mines at peel godred. So what do we think about this? Is Christopher mistaking the lead mines elsewhere on the line for a slate one at pg? Or is this in addition to the lead mines?

Confirmation that Christopher has retired from writing, it's been 14 years since his last published book. Still, I think that makes the upcoming Rbtl with added content even more special! The EMRS books are worth picking up though, and as the tweet says, let's wait and see...
High online sales of PHYSICAL copies is the only way Reading Between the Lines could possibly end up back on shelves! Ebooks wouldn't count towards those sales totals, so if you fancy trying to get a Christopher Awdry volume back on your local bookshop shelves, go physical!

This is not to throw shade to anyone’s work, but I’m consistently amazed with how shafted the RWS gets in its treatment. Books being out of print for ages, mistakes in Bruce Alexander’s narrations not being corrected by any producers, the errors with the RBTL reissue…yikes!
