Time to pass the newly introduced #ProtectOurCredit Act of 2023 giving the president authority to raise the debt limit, subject to a two-thirds override vote by Congress. This was good enough for Mitch McConnell in 2011. Time to make it permanent. @monica4congress @RepMonicaDLC
