My policyassignment is complaining about regions whenI try using a 'userAssigned' type... Bicep says it's ok but then it fails... Looked at the Rest Api for clues as well... https://t.co/jq5fLpEJR3 Any thoughts on this? What am I missing? #DareToAsk :-)

@YoannGUILLO I looked at the issue on GitHub. Note that a policyAssignment with deployIfNotExists (when done outside of portal) requires the following steps and sequence: 1) policyAssignment , 2) subsequent roleAssignment. These are separate calls to ARM
