Yesterday was a good day. I mean not quite to the level of “yay I pet a new dog” good. But my #PeriodicParalysis symptoms broke (ironically w/out medication), first time in months, & I was out of the house running errands & exercising like a functional person. It was a good day.

I really need to get the battery replaced in my iPhone SE (Gen 1). I’ve temporarily switched back to it with this latest #periodicparalysis flare up since I need a phone small enough my hands can handle. But having to recharge it 3x/day is getting old.

NHS appointments are like buses - taken me 3 years to get referred to a #PeriodicParalysis specialist (London) #POTS appointment letter arrived - they’ve booked me in for the day after (in Bristol) Either a stretch re #MyalgicE but don’t want to miss what medical help exists 🤷🏻♀️
