How does this work? I live in Cheshire & 19 miles from Holt P.O. which is near Wrexham & where a small parcel had been posted to me on Friday. By yesterday (05/01) the parcel is now in Southampton some 166 miles away! #royalmail #parcelforce

Hi @parcelforce , can you explain why a driver would falsely claim that someone refused delivery of a parcel I sent when there was no one present in the property? I am reading of many examples of this due to internal metrics and staff shortages, how is this even possible?

I don't know why the @parcelforce people don't call me on arrival? I've missed three delivery attempts at my building because they don't buzz my apartment or call my phone? why?? how am I meant to know you've arrived unless you call? so annoying!!

Well my @Antigravity_HQ A1 still has not arrived. @parcelforce an absolute joke as usual with Express Guaranteed 24 hour next day delivery actually being 3 or more days. Terrible service as usual. #drone #fpv

Seriously @RoyalMail @parcelforce you are the absolute pits! Another shocking experience. Kid you not, order with my son’s Christmas present from @Elverys & it arrives like this. Of course part of the order is now frigging missing 😡🤬. Fuming. How’s this acceptable?

probably wasted approx 3-4 hours on hold to royal mails / parcelforce worldwide because they don't know how to deliver a fucking parcel and the only way to sort an issue is to call them and wait on hold 30-50 mins at a time. privatisation is a plague.

My #evridelivery is by far the best delivery driver we have. My major issue is the #Amazon driver who doesn't read delivery 'leave safe' instructions, so stuff gets stolen. #Parcelforce pretend they've been acc to tracking, but haven't as I have 2 dogs and housebound so I know.

** @parcelforce I’m still awaiting a response to my complaint raised Wednesday 3rd December via your website. My parcel is yet to be delivered and I’ve received no update since this was returned to the depot on Friday 5th December. It’s impossible to speak to anyone via phone!!

This is how backwards @Parcelforce is as company, I booked in a XL Parcel & I took it straight to depot (cos I wanted it gone ASAP) It got delivered 10:30am today, I hear a knock on the door 1pm, #Parcelforce had come to collect the parcel that they delivered 3 hours earlier 😂
