Don't use @parcelforce if you can help it. Tracking system is awful and delays updates by over 6 hours, delivery drivers can't find simple addresses and lie about attempting delivery, they don't leave cards when they say they will, AND 60+ minutes on hold to be hung up on!!!

I don't know why the @parcelforce people don't call me on arrival? I've missed three delivery attempts at my building because they don't buzz my apartment or call my phone? why?? how am I meant to know you've arrived unless you call? so annoying!!

Well my @Antigravity_HQ A1 still has not arrived. @parcelforce an absolute joke as usual with Express Guaranteed 24 hour next day delivery actually being 3 or more days. Terrible service as usual. #drone #fpv

How does this work? I live in Cheshire & 19 miles from Holt P.O. which is near Wrexham & where a small parcel had been posted to me on Friday. By yesterday (05/01) the parcel is now in Southampton some 166 miles away! #royalmail #parcelforce

Got to love yet another Parcelforce “delivery” that’s left in a “safe place”. On full display, on the doorstep in winter. What could go wrong? Just hope my @BachmannEurope shed from @railssheffield survives until someone gets home. Wouldn’t be so bad but was 24 hours late too 🤦‍♂️

Seriously @RoyalMail @parcelforce you are the absolute pits! Another shocking experience. Kid you not, order with my son’s Christmas present from @Elverys & it arrives like this. Of course part of the order is now frigging missing 😡🤬. Fuming. How’s this acceptable?

My #evridelivery is by far the best delivery driver we have. My major issue is the #Amazon driver who doesn't read delivery 'leave safe' instructions, so stuff gets stolen. #Parcelforce pretend they've been acc to tracking, but haven't as I have 2 dogs and housebound so I know.

Hey @RoyalMail @parcelforce like to explain why you find it acceptable that your customers have to wait over am hour to speak to a person to sort out a delivery caused by you not doing as requested? Just asking for a friend!

probably wasted approx 3-4 hours on hold to royal mails / parcelforce worldwide because they don't know how to deliver a fucking parcel and the only way to sort an issue is to call them and wait on hold 30-50 mins at a time. privatisation is a plague.

- @parcelforce have supposedly attempted delivery three times this week, however haven’t left a calling card during any of these visits. I’ve called their customer care team multiple times to reschedule the delivery and haven’t been able to speak to anyone. What an absolute sham!
