Hey @optimum @OptimumHelp Care to look into this? Speed Test is Fine for number when connecting to my local Optimum servers, but live streaming to @Twitch information is getting lost somewhere along the route.

Optimum Online recently increased their prices UNANNOUNCED to millions of loyal subscribers in the past 2 months. Now they REFUSE to fix service and expect me to pay NO WAY! I'm done with optimum. Proof in the picture. Pathetic @optimumhelp @optimum @grok

My Cable, phone, and internet has been out all day @OptimumHelp I’ve been a loyal customer with bill paid on time every time since 1992. Just paid the bill yesterday for 255.00 why is there no cable in Brooklyn NY since 10am and no answer or calls ! We are going on 8 hours🤦🏽♀️.

Someone at @OptimumHelp, this is inexcusable to not receive any kind of notification of a 'scheduled maintenance' or 'scheduled outage.' Working from home, I rely on your services and pay good money for services that are constantly disrupted. Get this fixed ASAP!!!!

NO real SERVICE -for at least 14 days @optimum technicians failed to provide solutions...I’ve had 3 technicians come this week alone & today had a supervisor say “he knows how to fix the problem but his other appts are more important than ours” & then left us 😡 @OptimumHelp

Will never consider Optimum again for home Internet service. Such a horrible company. There are better options than this company. It should not take a 37 min phone call to disconnect the service. It was tantamount to an interrogation. Do better! @OptimumHelp

@optimum has the absolute WORST Customer Service & troubleshooting. How is it that the App & Website has been inoperable & unavailable for almost 3 consecutive years?! Autopay doesn’t work so customers are charged late fees & service is interrupted. @OptimumHelp

Steer clear of @optimum . their costumer service have put me on hold for hour, hung up&taken my name off as authorized user to stop me from reducing services. unacceptable!! I have yet to speak person who can help! I have no choice but 2go in store &cancel #Optimum @OptimumHelp

@OptimumHelp @Verizon @nationalgridus I've spoken to Optimum about this 7-8 times across the last few years. No one can help me. And Optimum has a monopoly on South Brooklyn, so there is actually no competing internet service for me to switch to. I don't expect a certain speed, I only expect it to work, & it doesn't.

@OptimumHelp we have been trying to port out my parents and your help desk is refusing and continually asking promotional questions. This is horrible service at best, and illegal at worst.

I just love @optimum 's service. And when I say I love it, I mean I absolutely despise it. No broadcast channels for 3 days & counting. Better off using a Ouija board than calling their support service. Now my landline doesn't work either. What a fucking joke. @OptimumHelp
