OpenFlexure Microscopeがやっと完成。薄片など見てみる。キャリブレーション前なので色がちょっと変。モーター制御用ボード以外は自作しました。

OpenFlexure Microscopeのローコスト版が完成(左側)。こっちは展示室に置く予定。見ているのは偏光フィルム2枚で挟んだカンラン石薄片。

Ok, I've done everything I can. PETG gets one last chance to make it off my material shitlist. @OpenFlexure Block Stage attempt number 1. So far, so good.

Removed the manual stage to make room for the #OpenFlexure Delta Stage. Just need to print a custom base to align with AmScope features. Or perhaps a BIG L bracket to use coarse Z on microscope… 🤔

Exciting to be at the London Medical Gadget Fair @ucl demonstrating @autohaem and @OpenFlexure.

The nice thing about the size (and speed) of the @Prusa3D XL is the ability to print an entire @OpenFlexure microscope in a single ~11 hour print. The nice thing about 3D printing it is that just because it's a serious research instrument doesn't mean it can't be pretty.
