@AmericaPapaBear I walked out of Quest Diagnostics in Framingham because of that. No workers even. Just a sign and electronic kiosk and full waiting room where no one spoke English. I had my doctor send me to Metrowest Hospital instead where I interacted with at least 6 helpful and friendly
