(2/5) @TogetherallNA's collection of personal information is limited to users’ email address, postal code, date of birth, and phone number. They do not share any of that information with us. #MSTPeerSupport

(3/5) If a @TogetherallNA user requests to have their account and info deleted, their data is deleted from Togetherall, unless the user has had a risk escalated to Togetherall clinicians. In that case, user’s info and clinical team notes are retained for 3 years. #MSTPeerSupport

(4/5) Regarding hyperlinked resources that are shared by members, @TogetherallNA can’t verify the content or quality of external links. As a result, Togetherall removes all external links as a precautionary policy, just as with personally identifiable information. #MSTPeerSupport
