Q is for quillwork, which is a Native art form that goes back thousands of years and is still created by communities today. These Santee Dakota moccasins were made circa 1890 while the cuff was made in 2012-13 by Dakota/Navajo artist Dallas Goldtooth. #MNMuseumAlphabet

H is for Hubert H. Humphrey! Over his long political career, Humphrey served as mayor of Mpls, US senator, and vice president. His personal papers are part of the MNHS collection, and we have many Humphrey artifacts, including from his 1968 presidential run. #MNMuseumAlphabet

Our final #MNMuseumAlphabet is Z for @Zubaz! The iconic pants were created by Minnesotan weightlifters Bob Truax and Dan Stock at their Roseville gym in 1988. These @Vikings ones date to 1990 while the Jesse Ventura action figure (complete with Zubaz-style pants) is from 1999.
