Logfire by @pydantic as your evals observability infra: 10/10 – loving it. everything is queryable by claude code, too. probably can chart some graphs too, if really wanted.

JESUS this is expensive. @datadoghq charges $1200/million LLM requests for on demand, with a minimum of $120/month!!! For context with @pydantic Logfire we charge $2/million, and still have a decent margin. Even LangSmith only charges about $100/million, and Langfuse

Curious about real world Agentic use cases? Let's build a Video Editing Agent using @pydantic, Serper, logfire, and Video Jungle's video editing MCP server. In part 1 we'll search for new videos about Nathan Fielder, analyze them, and create an initial edit from these videos.

Oo, this is a handy feature from Logfire: run `logfire inspect` and it'll recommend additional opentelemetry packages based off your Python dependencies.

I wrote a tutorial on integrating DBOS with Logfire. It's super easy to set up (kudos to the @pydantic team!) -> just a few lines to configure the exporter and your Logfire write token. Once it's running, you'll get a unified view of your app with logs + traces in one place.

Using @pydantic logfire to analyse the performance (query time) of @Cloudflare D1. Maybe I'm missing something, but these numbers are not as good as I expected? cc @threepointone @KentonVarda @MikeNomitch_CF

One of my other all-ins right now? Pydantic AI from @pydantic Hacking weekend agents - use whatever framework you want. Building REAL agents for 1000s of users → don’t even think twice → go team Pydantic! Here's what I learned building the brain of @0xNeurobro: 1 • Logfire
