¿Al parecer no había permisos para nada de eso? Infracciones de tráfico,ocupación de la vía pública en zonas peatonales..¿Hubo alguna comunicación sobre ello?¿Tenían permisos? La empresa era "LeLoop" como se puede observar en los carteles q también colocaron a su libre criterio
