Anyone can ship a POC. That’s the easy part. The real challenge is everything that comes after– the persistence to document it, integrate it, test it, secure it, and scale it without breaking everything else in the process.

Most teams don’t realize how much context-switching kills momentum especially for something as routine as scheduling. What changed everything here wasn’t the automation itself, but the shift in behaviour: teams started talking to their calendars instead of navigating them.
