@Joshparfron @HLA_int @maredudd_harris @OmarRisk The most valuable thing for me has been being taught the skills that you’re expected to be competent in during a leadership role, but no one really teaches you - like negotiating. And of course the community of likeminded people!! #HLAask

There are members of faculty that can ofcourse assist in various aspects of this too - particularly @ikeanya #HLAask

@emmatonnerr @HLA_int @maredudd_harris @OmarRisk For me it was really helpful for self-reflection. In one of our sessions @MelodyRedman & @johannmalawana spoke about failure and that’s resonated with me ever since. It really changed how I view things both professionally and personally. #HLAask
