Hey @gonoise i purchased your Noise VS102 Plus and I had a terrible experience with them. I complained 3 times about it's defects and also asked for replacement but neither it got fixed properly nor replaced. I swear it was the first and last time I'm buying anything for you.

I’ve been cheated by @gonoise & @BlueDartCares. Noise approved a replacement of my Noise Buds Mini with Noise Buds N1 Pro, but through Bluedart AWB 90328276544, I received a used & wrong product (Boult earbuds) instead. Requesting urgent action. @consumerforum_ @jagograhakjago

हमने @GooglePayIndia मे रेवार्ड मे @gonoise का earbuds दिखा खरीदने के लिए पेमेंट किया पेमेंट हो भी गया पैसे कट भी गए लेकिन ऑर्डर नही हुआ @GooglePay के customer care मे complain किया मर्चेंट को भी किया कोई जवाब नही न कोई मदद नही मर्चेंट को जब काल किया तो उसका नंबर गलत है दिया गया

Bought a @gonoise smartwatch just 3 months ago and the strap attachment on the watch body itself broke. Not the strap, not the pin the case failed from normal use (shirt sleeve got stuck). Watch is now unusable. Complaint raised, no response yet. Very poor build quality.

Bought Noise Buds Connect TWS from Blinkit. One side stopped working within a few days. Raised complaint but support disconnects calls & marks issue “resolved” without fixing. Need Replacement or Refund. @BlinkitIN @gonoise please respond.
