I am thinking about a curious vs urgent mindset & how each plays a role in how leaders make decisions. Leaders must be able to discern when to act urgently and when to lean toward curiosity. This dynamic balance is key to making informed &i impactful decisions. #GSULead

Learning more about the roles principals play in schools and how they have changed and adapted to a changing world is very interesting. Being a leader is more than just data, observations, meetings etc. Being a leader carries multiple roles that are everchanging. #GSULEAD
