In the original Japanese, General Blue is clearly attracted to Obotchaman. The Funimation dub rather awkwardly makes it so that Obotchaman reminds Blue of his brother instead. The first time I saw this scene I just laughed because it was so obvious they'd changed it.

I don't know why they bothered to recast the voices if the new voices sound just as bad. I swear funimation picks voice talent based on how much they sound like other people they've already hired. I wish dubs were taken more seriously.

Yu Yu is one of the very few anime I prefer dub over sub. It’s 10x more funny/entertaining because of the script changes. Funimation turned Yusuke into a complete a**hole and I love it lmao
