Just watched #FoundNetflix - really emotional. As an adopted person the whole issue is so complex - with even the 'best' outcome leaving people with so many questions and conflicting emotions. I think people who were adopted should be given access to specialist therapists.

#FoundNetflix #Found - one of the best documentaries I've seen in a long time. I am white & was adopted by white parents, so I can't imagine what these Chinese-American girls went through, but their struggle for sense of identity and feeling like they belonged resonated with me.

Watching #FoundNetflix, I want to give all of these girls a hug. We need more voices on tv so people who live homogeneously can learn people are people no matter where they're from. ❤❤

#FoundNetflix got me full on sobbin at 3am. Such a beautiful & humanising documentary that captures the very real lives & very real pain and emotions of every individual involved. Bless all their souls ❤️
