Hi @flyPAL , I left Caticlan this evening with my luggage unblemished, and now back in Manila. I got a crack one π Iβve been using this luggage as a check-in with no cover and yet THIS IS THE FIRST TIME IT GOT DAMAGED βΉοΈπͺπ«€. Okay, I just need to say it, kasi ang sama sa loob ππΌ

Iβm about to complain about our @flyPAL flight a couple days ago. Damn those crews who just fckn ignored me when I needed help. I pressed the call light so many times but I got no help. Them crews were just passing by me back and forth. That was the worst plane ride ever! π€¬.

had the BEST flight with @flyPAL . the crew served oatmeal cookies ππΌ but out of curiosity, I asked if they still serve salted caramel cookies (MY FAVE). "we do, but in the other leg of this flight. but I'll check if we have extra.". yo. he gave me at least 5 packs ππ

Grabe @flyPAL, Philippine Airlines, it has been a month already but I havent recvd my Compensation E-Card for my flight PR1809 MNL-DVO last June 2. So much inconvenience. Totally unacceptable. Sense of urgency naman oh. Please.
