JUST IN: Jabulani Khumalo, who appears as No.2 on the MKP candidate list to Parliament will be sworn in as an MP when the NA convenes. Legal experts are unanimous that candidate lists may not be altered under any circumstances, bar death, before the first sitting and swearing in.
