@SamsungMobile I've forgotten my Android phone screen lock password and I do not see an option to unlock my phone via the FindMymobile option. Is there any other option to unlock the phone? I really do not want to perform a factory reset.

Como sabéis hace un par de dias me robaron el movil, he podido utilizar findmymobile para encontrar una posible ubicación, ya he denunciado a la policía pero parece que no les sirve una ubicación que no es a tiempo real. Comparto por aquí por si alguien vive en la zona y ve algo.

Samsung has findmymobile read what it says , reading is first step towards solving
My sister's samsung mobile password got changed automatically. It was a 8 digit password now it's showing enter your 4 digit password. Even her fingerprint access is gone. She did not change the password and nobody else had access to her phone as whole day she was at home.
