I love how AI helps at visualizing ideas: @EventModeling slices all connected to a single source of truth. But isolated from each other.

I found #eventmodeling really fascinating. I started with a customer who had a spreadsheet, and now we're discussing restructuring his company to align departments with these sub-domains. It seems that organizations are indeed influenced by software. #modularrails #rubyonrails

User eXperience is 100x more critical than having a polished UI. Understanding user workflow and where uses need options to customize is essential to onboarding users. Observation of real users, and user feedback is super valuable. #UX #design.

#debugging #rubyonrails Looking at the missing data in the event showed me where to find the issue. With #eventmodeling, I am questioning writing so many tests now and focusing mostly on edge cases. 💭 #observability

Event modelling and event sourcing go best together. You need 5 elements and 4 patterns to implement any system. Generate 80% of the code. Never lose info about what has happened. All that and more in an excellent talk by Martin Dilger of @EventModeling fame in front of JUG
