Supermarkets EBITs were better in 2007 when Rudd targeted them. In 2024, farmers aren't getting their fair share of very high meat prices in supermarkets. Probably part of the far-left vegans push to drive them out of viability.

$TWE.AX with a positive trading update, good news given the fairly poor luxury peer quarterlies of late. Double digit EBITS growth for Penfolds, China remains "strong". Depending on how the "S" in EBITS gets handled, street for FY25 was $795m, at the midpoint of the guided range.
