@santanderchile sucursal quilpue llevo 2 horas esperando atención a clientes porqué arbitrariamente eliminan tarjeta de coordenadas y me obligan a venir porque no puedo crear digipass por la app ni por teléfono , horrible la atención

@AskAIB Have you explained to customers with digipasses that they can be deregistered from the android section by the call centre and revert to their digipass for the moment. To do this they will have to call the helpdesk at AIB but at least they will have web access

@AskAIB That is a fix for anyone with IBB who uses an android phone to authenticate. But it only works If they also have a digipass . I asked for my IBB to be deregistered from the app and can use my digipass on pc. When the issue is solved then I just log back in on android.

@55Bellechasse J'ai voulu prendre l'abonnement Noël mais me heurte à une difficulté d'authentification Non seulement je dois c'est normal cqer 1. le code de sécurité au dos de la carte (logiquement entre mes mains) 2. Le code barre : ok j'ai le digipass qui va bien Et voilà que je découvre
