Head of Inclusion and Belonging, @ismaa_ramzan, gave a bite-sized introduction to our Active Bystander Training, which aims to help colleagues identify harmful and inappropriate behaviours such as bullying, harassment or microaggressions and take suitable action. #DCHSAdmin

The day started with an introduction from @HazelLea14, who is one of our staff governors (non-clinical) and successfully launched our Admin Forum last year, before a game of human bingo to encourage networking within the group. #TeamDCHS #DCHSAdmin
