@createtolead @MicrosoftToDo Planner seems better geared towards fewer but bigger projects. I mean something more simple - just being able to add notes to lists and group of lists, same way like they exist for individual to-dos

@createtolead I create an SOP for each role, which details how the "pass on" the project or task to the next person in the process.

@createtolead Agreed. I've noticed I'm more productive from 12-5. The mornings aren't very useful to me. Especially working from home.

@createtolead I typically do bureaucratic stuff (emails/meetings) in the mornings. Then by lunch time I'm more awake and I use that time to just focus on projects (and coding). You may benefit from working for a couple hours at a coffee shop as well just to have new scenery.

@createtolead @MicrosoftToDo @Outlook probably not, if you are starting from scratch, but if you been using GCal for years and entire family on it its not just about me. also i will give it a pass if that was a case on Mobile or Mac or even Outlook Web. so problem only Outlook PC, there even support in Mail App

Creativity isn’t a “nice to have”—it’s a survival skill. AI can optimize, but it can’t dream up the next big idea. Your imagination is your ace. @PlayWildcard #CreateToLead
