@WestJet @coreanalysis Maybe you should reach out to the customer… Instead of making him wait on hold. Last time I flew WestJet we waited 3 hrs cause someone forgot to fill up the plane with water..?

@WestJet @coreanalysis Yea give them a call and stay on hold 4ever cuz “due to the call volume our wait times are longer than normal” yet their wait times are the same 365days/year cuz they don’t care. They cancelled our flights and I received an email saying here are ur options…options were blank!

Extremely poor customer service from @SunwingVacay and @WestJet today. WestJet cancelled our flight and rebooked my children separately from us. Sunwing with whom we booked the package refuses to help. Will take it with @CTA_gc unfortunately.
