#BarBQKing is closing in #Charlotte. Why does Charlotte have to close every cool, old, vintage, classic thing and inevitably replace it with something bland, boring and expensive? The city is so fast tracked to losing all of its original character for $$$. @CLTdevelopment

@jasonc_nc @CLTdevelopment We actually had a lot of ground floor spaces in SF zoned live/work but they eliminated that zoning category for new construction. The building my office is in is zoned that way although all the ground floor units are all actually rented as commercial.
