@sainsburys It still doesn't work on either the app or the website. I've logged put and logged back in, cleared the cache, refeshed the page - none of it changes anything. I still get the same error messages. It's late now, I'll just leave putting an order through for this week.

@sainsburys Hi. Is the app and website down? When I try to reserve a delivery slot, it just comes up with an error. I have tried using both the app ams the website and have the same problrms on each.

@sainsburys I've done that. It still doesn't work. I wanted to book a slot for tomorrow. I can see available slots, but I can't book any of them.

@CarolineHarding Sorry you've not been able to access your online account, Caroline. Can you attempt to clear your cache and cookies or use a different browser and let me know if this works? Thanks, Cat
