Day40 since @CapitecBankSA decided to lock my mom’s funds with no valid explanation and they’re staff went from requesting multiple affidavits to “we also don’t know what to do” kodwa the account is still locked💁🏽♀️ give her her money &keep your acc. @NCRegulator @NFO_Ombud
She’s been coming here every other day since December and all your incompetent branch manager and your customer service agents have to say is “we also dont know what to do” no valid reason why the acc is locked.

I use to praise this @CapitecBankSA bank, until reality hits me l. Went to branch they cannot assist, call the call centre the same, WhatsApp support is even worse - am glad it’s not my primary bank 🚮
