Paper not smooth to read😅but I do like the discovery that ESCRT-III (KO of components) is important for exporting nuclear chromatin fragments (CCFs) to arise cGAS-STING axis in senescent cells. Do wonder why nuclear ESCRT-III is more active (is it?) during senescence🤔/aging?
