Snow and ice didn’t happen, we got heavy rain instead. Shorter ride was decided on so we set off for The Cosy Cup Café via Bulphan and Dunton. Next Sunday- Coalhouse Fort, The Engine Room Café.

We went to see a friend in Bulphan, what? You don't know Bulphan? It is near Orsett, no? In Thurrock near Grays. My lovely wife had a good swing and a cup of tea, it was great.

Seven riders out for a windy ride to Barleylands. Longer route out via Brentwood. Quick coffee then back before the worst of the weather. Short return via Dunton and Bulphan. Next Sunday- Back to 9am start for our ride to Mayfield Bakery, Harlow.
