@RobertRM1890 @mangofalixum @firagawalkwthme people tend to attribute bad traits to people as if they're inherent, and this just happens automatically. people are prejudiced and egotistical. but it takes actual brainwork and consideration to come to more reasonable conclusions. that's why racism is a sign of stupidity.

@Parodyelonnews College is also learning social skills, not only brainwork. Good leaders notice social skills, even if there a hieraki. Eg. on a ship, boardmeeting, at offices. Good workculture need social skills.
