@DrDominicNg I haven't slept well in over 25 years. Currently on BiPap. Hate it. Still use it, though. But I still get horrid sleep. Don't know what to do. Tried everything from hypnosis to CBT to meds to, well, CPAP/BiPap. This was last night, which was actually good for light sleep.
