A pain with #orclapex on free tier is the miniscule sessions limit. Stale session stack up over time and then the errors begin. Using arcsql.kill_sessions (requires alter system 😬) with a schedule job should keep me up and running. Could be handled from another schema too.

Heard somewhere, app design starts with the schema (agree). This is how I manage Oracle DDL. Don't need anything fancy, just some simple helper functions and procedures.
