The #SmashHits magazine cover from 33 yrs ago, #onthisdayinpop in 1990 - loved the band #AndWhyNot; not only were they from my home town but I loved their music. Songs like #TheFace were home grown funk with a deliciously savage rhythm section! Shame they only did one album.

I really liked #AndWhyNot - and why wouldn't you?! Jolly fine pop-funk that made you #MoveYourSkin! And why the fourth single, #TheCage, didn't chart higher when released 33 yrs ago (#onthisdayinpop in 1990) I'll never comprehend. Well worth revisiting (inc. the extended remix)!
