Another instance of #amazon messing up customer service. Ordered a bottle of liquid soap. Bottle came broken and the liquid spilled all over the inside and out. Asked for a refund - was told I had to send the bottle AND the box back. #amazonreturn about to get a mess back.

刚看了CBC暗访亚马逊退货产品去向，结果全去了垃圾厂捣毁然后填埋！看得我惊掉下巴🤯至少一半退货的产品都是全新可以回收销售。网购的退货率40% 这些东西都成了污染环境的一部分！虽然亚马逊跟平台卖家的合作合同里是说卖家出退货费，亚马逊可再销售或捐赠或销毁，但基本都是销毁了！#AmazonReturn
