@AllScript_Alone Let me edify you on where your understanding is lacking. Only one decree fits Daniel 9. It doesn't say "start counting when Nehemiah merely asks to repair walls. It says "from command to restore & build Jerusalem." Artaxerxes' is the only command authorizing civil authority.
