#Tempo - comfortably hard One "secret" I can share about my training is I mostly don't mix these two words - fast and long. The combination is reserved for a few fine tuning LSDs (about 45s slower than race pace) and race day (vomit pace lol) #TrainDontStrain #AddisRunner
