A 3 week difference. Top is July 11th/Bottom is July 29th.Getting hit with disease,tarp pulls and then 100° weather in the transition zone growing bluegrass. This is the result. We will bounce back and have come a long way in recovery. Remember it’s not always pretty and prefect

I’ve been trying to decide if I wanted to post this or not. An insane 24 hours. For a high school all star game. A real test for the crew and myself and a testament to who they are. The guys crushed it to get a field ready.

Proud is an understatement. Major storm rolled through Wichita early this morning. Our friends over at Crestview called to help with cleanup for the @WichitaOpen rallied a crew together and started moving downed trees and branches.

Raising couplers is probably one of my least favorite things to do on the field. However it needs to be done. Some great conversations today and learning opportunities. Biggest one was showing the difference of black layer in high traffic areas vs non high traffic spots.
Spent today learning how to raise couplers. Always something new to learn at the ballpark!
