@IndiaHaier Your service engineer doesn't know which part of the system is failed or doesn't use any thermostat to check if that is a sensor issue. System can cool in 16 degree, but not in 23 degree. AI can answer those questions, but your Engineer can't ?

@RailMinIndia There was a misunderstanding. I thought in trains we get railneer and not private drinking water. But if both costs same price, then there is no issue. But if the stall need to also sell drinking water @ 15 for 1L, then Mookambika road byndoor is not. They charged 20 for 1 Liter

22610 is a worst old train. Toilets are not hygiene. 12620 is neat and clean. I liked it. But can increase the size of toilet. Can't hold a kid and enter it. Very hard to get in to the toilet. @RailMinIndia . Also not sure what happened to railneer. irctc selling 1L water @ 15

IRCTC implemented changes to its refund policy regarding cancellation of waiting list tickets on November 12, 2015. Before that, passengers were eligible for a full refund upon cancellation, but after the change, only nominal charges were refunded. @RahulGandhi will you revert?
