Joby reported $23M in revenue for the third quarter. Blade's one-month revenue of $14M + $9M from Agility Prime. The gross margin is 55% (gross profit of $12.65M). The assumption in the image is based on the third quater revenue.

According to the agreement’s exclusivity term, the developer can't enter into any similar agreement with other eVTOL company for 18 months from March 12, 2025. This is why the developer didn't accept the proposal from Archer. Adam Goldstein doesn't tell the whole context.
