Had a great evening at the @Chaotikum_eV. Nice session from a @softwerkskammer colleague, inspired by a refactoring session from @emilybache - Lift-Up-Conditionals. Learned it and tried it.

In the softercrafter meetup Berlin today, we (@codecopkofler and other) drafted a kata for learning hexagonal architecture. Or we overcomplicated FizzBuzz. Both views would be ok. But we had fun and people learned.

Amazing things happen when you ask someone, are interested, and then listen. Maybe the ideas bubble out of people like a waterfall (the good waterfall ^^).

I led an ensemble training session today. I was surprised that the introduction of ensemble programming (with the wonderful book by @maaretp) and practice with fizzbuzz kata took two hours.

Had a fantastic discussion with a colleague starting with ensemble programming going to testing and TDD and in the end we had a analysis about the team structure. Outgoing from a little workshop this morning. It seems like one influences the other. I have to think more about this.
