You don’t need to cut carbs. You need to cut junk carbs (chips, sugary drinks, processed snacks). Whole carbs like fruit, potatoes, and rice? . Keep them in.

3. Romanian Deadlift (RDL):. The number one hip hinge movement. Posterior chain = power (and long term back health). Tilt forward and push the hips back to stretch and emphasize the hamstrings. Avoid rounding the lower back and spend time nailing form before increasing weight.

2. Bench Press:. Classic for a reason. Nothing says strength like pushing serious weight. - Spend time nailing form.- Slow and controlled movements.- Squeeze elbows towards each other at the top to emphasize the chest. Remember: proper form > ego lifts.

1. Pull-Ups:. The OG of upper-body strength. Back, biceps, and core all get a workout. If you're not hitting pull-ups yet, 2025 is the year to level up start with eccentics and/or lat pull down variations. (Start with machine assisted or eccentrics if starting).
