Dubai chewy cookies finally done 🍪✨ They didn’t turn out heart-shaped in the end, but I’m still happy with how they came out. I prepared a few boxes to share with my members, hoping they’ll enjoy every bite.

Slowly melting the marshmallows over low heat. still getting used to this step, but I’m trying!! Watching them melt is a mix of scary and fascinating at the same time. Definitely a moment where I have to stay focused… one small mistake and it’s over.

Pistachio cream is finally blended, and the kataifi pastry is ready!! Took some time, but seeing everything come together like this feels worth it. 끝이보여예….✨
