Mum pays £5 for a 1st class parcel that doesn’t arrive. A week later recipient gets note “£7 postage needed for the parcel, insufficient postage paid” Parcel collected, £7 paid. Transpires that £5 missing. Have receipt. The local @PostOffice denies liability 🤷.
