What a day it's been! The most bouncing I have ever seen Newcastle in 32 years. Here's my wrap on the day.

This group of lads were loving the parade. Jamie (on the right) said the bus passing was the best five seconds of his life. He said: β€œIt was a fantastic day, it was Isaktly what we expected.”

This is Jung Min Lee, he arrived in Newcastle from Seoul on Thursday and flies back tomorrow. But there's no way the leader of Toon Army Korea was missing today's celebrations. He said: "This is a once in a lifetime chance for me and I'm a really happy man to witness this."

In the absence of an introductory post - it's great to be covering the Carabao Cup Victory parade with @greener_simon for @ChronicleLive. We'll continue with updates throughout the day.

Zac Dennis lives in Glasgow but has been a Newcastle fan since he was 6. He said: "Seeing the players at the moor will be a highlight, especially the legends like Shearer and Ferdinand. Seeing the players and the trophy and how much it means to the city will be amazing too."

We also have Ben Nash, who came from Nuneaton. He said: "I came when Shearer's statue was unveiled and my uncle saw them win the Fairs Cup. I can't wait to go to the moor later and see all that and soak up the atmosphere."

Here are father and son Ian and Harry Shearer (no relation to that one). They have travelled from Cheltenham for today's parade. Ian told Chronicle: "It's pretty monumental, it's the start of something to come."

We’ve found one of #NUFC’s youngest fans waiting for todays Carabao Cup Parade. Five month old Darcie is with her parents Josh and Rachel, who say she is already football mad!
