Multiple takes on today's ISS solar transit: Canon R7 with Tamron 150-600mm lens (white images due to Bader solar filter) and Canon R6 on Nexstar 8 Edge HD (yellowish images due to the Thousand Oaks glass solar filter).

Today's transit of Tiangong with a Lunt 60 Hydrogen Alpha telescope and ASI1600M Pro camera (I added the orange color to roughly simulate what a hydrogen alpha image looks like to the eye). Pretty windy day induced a good amount of shake.

Venus and the crescent Moon from Tucson tonight.

Got a good solar transit of the Tiangong space station today. The image on the left is with my Canon R7 and Sigma 100-400mm lens at 400mm. The one on the right is my Canon 80D and Tamron 150-600mm lens at 600mm. The R7 shows its stuff even with a shorter focal length lens.

This mornings @SpaceX #Falcon9 launch from Terra Ceia Bay in Florida. Barely get the reentry burn above the trees this far away.
